John and I just arrived home after a week in Glacier Bay National Park in southeastern Alaska. Having never been to Alaska, I was awed by its beauty and wildness. My original intention with this week’s post was to write a photo essay about the trip, but I learned so much about park that it deserves more than that. So in the meantime, I leave you with the following quote from an interpretive ranger at the park. Her words resonated with me. I hope they resonate with you as well.
Wilderness is critical habitat for endangered experiences. – Glacier Bay National Park Rangers, Alaska.

Great photos. Though few, they tell a story. An impressive story. Thank you, Lisa.
